Lo mismo que la persona que escribi arriba, no acostumbro a hacer reviews, pero esta experiencia fue tan falta de respeto que me veo en la necesidad de hacerlo.El da 23 de Marzo llamo a esa oficina para llevar mis documentos para declarar los taxesya haba empezado la pandemia, me dijeron que los dejara en el buzn, as lo hice, 5 dias despues llamo para preguntar,y me dicen que no lo han empezado.El dia 3 de abril llamo de nuevo,no me contestaron en todo el dia, igual fue el 8 y 9 de abril.El 10 de abril, al fin me atienden, y me dicen que me van a llamar a decirme el precio y si ya estan, Luego de llamar el 13, 15, y 28 de abril, me contestan y me dicen que me van a llamarde nuevopara no detallar mas, todo el mes de mayo me estuvieron engaando.Para finalizar, el da 8 de junio fui a la oficina a pedir mis documentos y me los devolvieron sin tocarlos. Ni una explicacin, ni una disculpa, nada.Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en este pais.Tengo las fechas exactas en mi celular.

422020 -This is my first review I have ever written, I do not like to write reviews especially negative ones, but this incident merits this review. I know people may have a bad day, consequently, a negative comment might have some effect on their business, but, if you have a business, customer service should be priority number one. I have been a client of Caceres and Caceres for four years and never had any problems. They were nice. This year I went to have my taxes done on 31020. I have to pay to the IRS and agreed to have my taxes remitted on 4120 however, due to current situation with Covid-19, the date to file the taxes was extended up to July 15. On 31720, I sent an email to Xavier Caceres indicating that I did not want to send my taxes and payment until June 30. I sent four emails, but as of today's date, I am still waiting for his reply. I called the office on 330 and spoke to someone, left a message indicating that I did not want to send my taxes on 4120, as originally scheduled, and for Xavier to answer my emails and called me. I called again on 331, but no one answered the call and did not have voice mail hard to believe that a business do not have a voicemail, thus, I could not leave a message. Xavier has ignored my emails and the message I left at the office. My taxes were remitted to the IRS as originally scheduled on 4120. The irresponsible and unethical behavior of this firm is unacceptable, especially with the financial situation that we are all facing because of the current pandemic. They have to seriously work on their customer service skills, upgrade their modus operandis, and keep up with the times by upgrading the communication skills and at least have a voice mail or an answering service, so the clients can leave a voice message or communicate with them!! I am writing this review on all platforms I could find on the web, sending an email to all my contacts, and filing a complaint to the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I will not recommend this firm to anyone this was very irresponsible and unethical from their part to play with other peoples money!
