Do NOT use this service!! This person is as incompetent as they come. She could not even properly add up how much my wife and I paid in taxes correctly and therefore we were audited and now owe an additional $1,059 on our 2015 return. When I called to talk to Debbie about this she responded that $1000 was just “peanuts” and that I should just pay it. WHAT??!! Are you kidding me with this response?? Please, whatever you do, do not use Debbie Hogan at Protax. She even screwed up my parents return a few years back too. She's definitely not a pro at doing taxes.
