I have waited for my returns for almost 3 months now and I was told a date I would get them and they have yet to be received. Not to mention I cant find my form anywhere on the IRS website.

I mean the reviews speak for themselves and I agree, and can relate to the experiences of the people who think she was not professional. I wish I would have took the time to look her up prior to ever contacting her. I give zero starsNow I have to resort to paying an actual professional to fix years worth of issues she refuses to fix except with apologies and promises to do better which will cost more than I can begin to imagine.Do yourself a favor stay away and look up a professional who stays up to date in their line of work and check out the BBB!

after a few but mostly text messages, 2016 and 2017 taxes per IRS not filed. So far, I paid 1384.00 for 2016 taxes and after tax forms not filed an additional charge of 8348.17 paid in 2021 to correct 2016 taxes after I finally got them filed myself. Tia did email me copies of returns and told me they were filed. IRS tells me now they are way behind I'm trying to get 2017 resolved. I am not happy having to write this but is now costing me dearly....

Tia Miller will lie to you and tell you your taxes have been filed only to find out several months later by contacting the IRS that they were never filed . And to this day she has not given me my tax Parkers and copies of all the paperwork I gave her . As soon as I contacted the IRS she finally sent in some paperwork and its incorrect and now I have to fix her messes this year and she told me she sent my paperwork Certified mail and that also was a lie . When I asked for the tracking number she never has responded back. That was July 7th 2020 .. Shes. Wry dishonest and she also said she completed my daughters income tax and according to the IRS she has never done my daughters income tax . She also refuses to return my daughters paperwork. Do not be a victim of this person .
