John Falto started his career not in finance and taxation but in travel, working for a small travel agency in the lower east side of New York City. As the company grew, so did John’s knowledge and experience. He completed his first tax return in 1975 and started managing other company books in 1976.

He started his own company in 1988 in Brooklyn, New York and he sold his tax practice to H&R Block several years later, in order to start a new practice in Staten Island, New York.
John is a firm believer that real estate should be a part of everyone’s financial plan, and that home ownership is very possible. He worked several years with the Century21 franchise as well as an exclusive agent for a luxury home builder. He has worked with real estate investors, but most importantly he has shown buyers how to find a nice home and save thousands on their mortgage and with sellers has shown them how to sell their homes quickly and for top dollar, each with avoiding undue stress with carefully laid out marketing plans and strategies.
In 2003 John moved with his family to Orlando, Florida and although John loves the lifestyle of Central Florida, he still considers himself a New Yorker, born and bred.

He started his own consultant company in 2005 helping clients with both real estate and financial issues and he currently has a client portfolio in 8 states, and 4 countries, some as far away as Hong Kong.

John has been both a teacher, mentor but more importantly, a problem solver, helping small businesses (especially those in the service industry) and tax clients with problems or looking for strategies to lower their tax liabilities.
