Do not use her. I used for many years didn’t have a problem, then in 2023 she wanted to amend previous years taxes. I stupidly sent her money upon her request. It’s 2025 and still no refund or explanation. She extorted over $1500 from me. Yes extortion!!

Do not use!! Required prepayment back in November for taxes. I provided all tax documents in January and February. End of February i was told the tax return was done and would be forwarded to me. I never received. I follow up on April 6th and made to feel as if it is my fault. I provide proof of last contact and I am told I had ample time to contact her and she will be refunding and not to contact her again. 10 days before taxes are due!! No attempt to make things right or to remedy the situation. Just throws blame on the customer. Very rude and no customer service.
