check internet and look for complains and guess that good enough, I didn't and made mistake. Never ever use this person, rather just do it yourself, you would do better. As other said, there should be minus rating and he would be minus 5 stars.

There wasn't an option to give 0 or -ve stars else would have done. Edward Winter / Meka Financial Services is an unprofessional, unethical. He will take your money and probably never file your return. I got cheated and realized there is a website dedicated to this man's exploits. Please don't waste your time or money on him..
