I have been trying to call tax man and Laura for months now… no one will answer the phones and the memory is always full.. Mr Jim Johnston , the owner, has no way to contact him.. I have a problem.. will someone at least give me an email to contact you? I have used them for years and never had a issue .. everything went smoothly… until this year.. what happened? PLEASE CONTACT ME!

Laura should be awarded for being both amazingly talented and knowledgeable as a tax preparer! I moved back to Lake City after almost 10 years and by random selection I ended up going to her for my taxes. I had issues with my daughters social so I needed both my 2019 amp 2020 taxes done. We did my 2019 taxes and I didnt have everything I needed for my 2020 taxes to get the best refund amount so she gave me a list of what I needed. I went back and she did my 2020 taxes for me. She was able to get me the best refund possible for both years. She was very fast compared to all my previous years taxes that were prepared by Jackson Hewett. She also started doing my grandparents taxes who have been paying in every year. They estimated having to pay around 4,000 to 5,000. Laura calculated their taxes to them getting a refund for 35. They were so happy to have their 1st refund in years. She also offered to go back and fix the previous tax years that can be fixed so they get back all of the money that should not have been paid in. She was a blessing and I dont care how far I live from Lake City I know that I will make the trip just to have Laura do my taxes. Needless to say she is the absolute best!
