I was introduced to Richard by a friend a few years ago. Since that time, Richard has done my taxes each year. I have found him to be very honest, up-front, and friendly. I disagree with the previous review. I will continue using Richard for many years. I recommend him to anyone. Good, honest people are hard to find.

Worst tax guy ever! I have used Richard for 3 years....To be honest I have had a problem EVERY year with him! When recently trying to purchase a home and found out that he had never filed my taxes that I PAID him to do! When confronted he told me that my tax return got hung up in his system! Left multiple messages for him to call me.. no return! He is a not honest and truthful! He will mess your taxes up! He doesn't care about YOU!! Hes quick to cash your CHECK for services he did not offer! I never write review but felt I had to to warn people that this guy truly sucks and will get you into a lot of trouble! STAY AWAY FROM RICHARD DIAL!THANK YOU James F Herrington
