Mr. Robert Jones Tax service has failed me in tax season 2018. I have filed my taxes with Robert Jones for the past 8 years it seems but never have I never been so disappointed in the way me and my ex-wife have been treated this year. Not sure what happened but we found out that Mr. Jones had not even submitted our taxes return paperwork for 2018 year. we found this out after checking with the IRS. I was able to talk to Mr. Robert Jones one time on the phone and he stated he would check and call me. After that conversation, 3 week pass15 calls, no answer, never received a call from Mr. Robert Jones and the IRS has not received his electronic filing forms. Mr. Robert Jones has already cashed my check for services but yet, no phone call, no service, treated disrespectfully by not returning my phone call. Customer beware
