I have never done a review online but I'm so pissed that this is going to be my first one. my mom which is an old lady living in Hialeah called this place to have her tax return done .There was a misunderstanding with my mom and the receptionist of the place about an appointment confirmation which she never seen to have received. The receptionist, which is apparently the husband of the owner of the place, instead of helping with the situation was very rude, demeaning and confronting about it, to a point where I decided to take my business elsewhere, 5 days before the due date for the income tax and all over a stupid thing. when I told him I was going somewhere else he simply told me that he deals with a thousand of customer like my mom and me and didn't care if the lost 1. it pisses me off that business in Hialeah think that they can treat people like shit, they seen to forget that they are not doing any favors, that we are paying for their services
