From an HOA: Worst of the worst! Management company says if you don’t like them get a new management company. We are looking for one. Martinez and others in this firm do not know how to do her job; cannot get financial reports for months, can’t give correct bank balances and if funds are low hoa not notified and they just don't pay bills for months until creditors notify HOA Board, deposits checks from non related entities. We worried letting them handle our special assessment receivables and this is why. They cannot keep special assessment funds separate from monthly fees or keep track of them, cannot give an accurate total of payments and deposits coming in for the special assessment. Cannot give monthly deposit history of any type of deposit. bills not paid on time, list goes on and on. Stay away from this firm she works for MMA Accounting , greenacres, fl. Big turnover in staff. No one there will honor special requests. Only God know knows who wrote their glowing reviews. Cannot be from real clients from this firm.

Maritza is a THIEF and a LIAR! She will steal your money. When confronted of her theft, she denies and makes excuses and does not answer the phone.
AVOID MARITZA MARTINEZ the THIEF & LIAR! She will create IRS problems with her negligence.
