I came online just to see if anyone else has had a bad experience like me. Im amazed to see very familar experiences. I've used him a couple of times I know nothing about taxes and trusted he knew everything and that he was doing the best for me well it turns out there was a mistake made he kept saying that it was a miscommunication from both of us from previous years and I left it at that I know I had less of the blame but in order to move forward I left it at that and let him keep saying it was a miscommunication mind you I have referred this man over 10 people and because of the miscommunication everything had to be fixed from the previous years and instead of fixing it for free or even 1/2 he wanted to charge me over $1,000 for everything and he made me waste my time and go there twice and offered no help or to lower the price even though he was partly to blame for the mistake even though I have referred him these ten people every year I didn't do the mistake fixing with him because the price he was offering me was crazy and I knew that I would be able to get it done easier with someone else and cheaper. someone had recommended someone to me in the past but I stuck with Jonathan because I thought he seemed to be a decent guy and knew what he was doing turns out when I went to the new person and mind you this person actually used to work with the IRS so she knows a lot about things she looked at my old taxes and said everything was wrong she also said there was things on there that were audit triggers and that anyone the had experience with taxes would know this and that it was obvious that this man had no knowledge of anything or he could care less about helping me which is quite obvious by letting me waste my time and treating me the way he treated me after me referring him so many people anyways she was able to get me more than he's ever got me legally and correctly and charged me more than 50% less than he ever had and she didn't make me wait in the waiting room like he's made me wait and she answers all my phone calls unlike him also I have heard other things from other people that seem kind of shady and I just don't think people should get away with that. all I know is I have warned the 10 people I referred and told them what he did to me and hopefully they will take their business elsewhere and please be careful I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I went through I had to amend taxes and even though I found a better person and cheaper she still had to charge me for the amendment and it was a lot of time out of my schedule to deal with this and just the stress alone I mean I was literally in his office crying when he told me how much I had to pay for his mistake and even though I had referred him so many people he handed me a tissue and that's all he did and I'm there thinking wow this man can make so much money off of people I refer and he's just willing to let me leave well that's fine I'm glad I did everything happens for a reason he overcharged me so I went elsewhere and found someone better he also talks like he's very professional and everything's great as long as there's no problem but the second you have a problem he turns into somebody else and when I say he talks very professionally he does it's almost like a smooth talker type of person. I really hope he sees all these comments that other people have wrote about him no one would make up these types of comments just because they were mad for no reason these people are writing things because it actually happened to them I had nothing against this guy until he's done all this stuff to me I hope when he reads all of this he realizes that instead of just making money and ripping people off that keeping your customers are much more important because they refer you more people actually I know from the previous people he worked with that that's how they get all their business from referrals I mean there's already like 6 comments on here so if you take those 6 people and think about all the people they could have referred look how much money you're losing Jonathan is it really worth it just to make extra money I'm sure the extra money you get on ripping people off doesn't compensate the people you are losing

This guy Jonathan he is a Thief he has done my taxes for the past two years and before the only problem I had was he will over charge for the services,but this year I had a letter from the IRS in reference of a education credit witch he told me to pay him an additional $200 over the $250 he was charging me,to get me additional money and he never got me the required papers for the IRS and never answer the phone neither the text messages I have sent him,this guy is looking to rob people of their money,please don't do the taxes with this guy.I will report him to the IRS to try to get him out of stealing people's money.

Worst Customer service ever and very sneaky. He Filed my tax return last year and not only did I not receive my IRS pin It took him about a week to E-mail me my tax form. I Immediately received a letter from the IRS stating that they are thoroughly reviewing my tax return. His response was "oh don't worry about that" I wanted him to correct my taxes this year so I tried to google his company which had an old address. The only way I was able to contact him was through the e-mail from last year. When I finally got in contact with him he gave me his new address. When the day came and I went to the new address they had no idea who he was and when I called him he did not answer. my appointment was for 4pm and he did not return my call until 9pm only because I had sent him a message calling him a PHONY and he got very defensive. I decided to take my taxes to someone else and he told me that Jonathan had filed some tax credits that I had no knowledge of. He said I Installed solar panels in my home. Unfortunately I am not a homeowner and have no solar panels. He didn't even Include the right paperwork for the credit. I tried to report him to the IRS but he did not put his tax Preparer ID. If anyone could help me out please, lets get this guy away from damaging anymore people.
