Not sure what went wrong this year compared to recent years but I have yet to receive a refund and this guy will not answer a phone to save a life. Definitely filing a complaint with the IRS next if this cant help. Kind of ridiculous waiting 10 months for a refund and 5 months for an answer from the guy who filed my taxes.
