Owner RICHARD is immature child who hangs up on you and refuses to complete work 2 days from deadline.
I contacted at your service after my wife who normally handles our taxes sent me an email with the results of this years filing. I reached the individual (Chris)who as of my understanding reviewed our file and asked why our return was so low and was there any way we can be more aggressive with our taxes knowing full well we have multiple writ-offs due to properties children and the sorts. I was put on hold only to have Richard who I find later is the owner get on the phone and tell me we make too much money. I explain the last few years have always been relatively the same and i just cant believe there is nothing we can do. He than immediately becomes abrupt and says fine go somewhere else and hangs up..ARE YOU KIDDING!!We have done business for the last few years with these people. I immediately call back to reach an operator and state my complaint to find Richard is indeed the owner (WOW)and will not take my calls and I have to go elsewhere (REALLY?)This from a professional who knows well that I only have 2 days to get my taxes filed. I told the operator they have now messed with the wrong guy this time and i will do everything possible to reach every authority I can to notify of these actions. My personal information is in these peoples hands. I want confirmation they have shredded my information. I want all information provided to this company returned to my personal address and I want confirmation that there are NO CHARGES for the infantile behavior and unprofessional services. My next step is contacting the FEDS (CFPB) (at your service is dealing with peoples finances)and putting people at risk as well as every single on line resource to warn people of this organization. I am also filing a lawsuit because of these actions from my attorney base. I am now at risk for filings with the IRS because of this company. I only wish I had read the posts on the BBB site previous to my encounter.
