Terrible!! Lists inaccurate amounts on tax paperwork to make more money. She charged a percentage of the refund we received so falsified paperwork to make the refund higher. We were audited for all 3 years she did for us and had to pay back over $28k to the IRS due to the wrong amounts she listed. Stay away from her and her hoard of cats!

Ive tried to warn as many people as possible not to use Cindy couch as your accountant. First of all she is only a tax preparer and not an accountant. My wife and I had to pay back 25,000 in taxes due to Cindy Couch inflating all of the numbers. Do not use this person. She also likes to go look at your back taxes and tries to inflate those numbers as well due to the fact she makes a percentage of the amount that she gets back. There have been numerous people being audited as a result of my inflated returns and the IRS is now very familiar with Cindy!

Worst accountant ever! We got audited after divorce and she never replied to our phone calls or emails. The IRS was trying to say we owed 25k in back taxes. Now four years later the IRS is still trying to get us to pay 5k, with no help from Cindy Couch after we paid for audit protection for five years! DO NOT give her any money!
