I'm so frustrated with this establishment! This is the second year in a row that something's gone wrong with my taxes! Both times it was not even my fault, but yet I'm hit with the penalties! And as a long time customer the treatment I get is ridiculous. I've know Robin for years and have referred most of my friends to her. But what's confusing to me is when I have a question about my taxes Robin ignores my phone calls and emails! I dropped my taxes and my friends taxes off to Robin on May 11th 2021 well before the deadline, and I was in contact with Robin the week of July 5th and she told me she would contact me within that week. I never even heard back from her. I called, I emailed, I left messages and still I was ignored. My friend who'd also had been calling gets a call back that her taxes were ready? What I find very confusing is how did my taxes get forgotten, and why do I have a penalty and she does not? I'm not sure if I'm the only customer having issues, but it sucks because now I have to find someone else to trust with my taxes. Very unprofessional, and not ok to ignore your clients especially the ones you've had for years!!!!
