Mercedes Mendez is a Notario that pretends to know immigration law more than a lawyer. Retains the paperwork of the immigrant clients that she prepares paperwork for and keep control of their case when she is not licensed to practice law. She should be reported to the Connecticut Attorney General and her practices should be investigated. I am an immigration attorney and I experience first hand how immigrant are taken advantage of by people such as this.
