Nyla is quick and Efficient. I did not feel rushed. She took her time and actually used a few different methods to make sure I received the highest possible refund I was entitled too. In addition she assisted me with a prior year audit and made sure I received all of my over payment back. Her rates are beyond fair and I was able to reach her all year round.
