We are now on the second month of my original request with the new IRS letter that was sent with zero resolve. The lack of communication and commitment to your clients is profoundly unprofessional and frustrating. I was hoping it was perhaps just an issue with me but based on the reviews I have pulled it seems to be consistent with how you do business. I was referred to you by a friend and was thrilled to be supporting another female owned business. I trust you as experts in this space and your inability to solve and assist on problems on the return done by your office shows a lack of ownership, professionalism and integrity.
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
