Section 8 Papers - Unfortunately, time has come up on us, again.
Recently, in mail, said have to return papers, by 1/22 - aid cut off by 5 -
Unfortunately, because of familial, personal, and other matters, and non-working
phone service, not able to access necessary infor, at this, Can you PLEASE offer some
