I would not recommend Miss Robinson to do taxes for anyone moving forward. She put the wrong income amount on my taxes, and I allowed her to fix them by doing an amendment.Ms. Robinson never submitted the amendment to the IRS, though providing paperwork that she did.I have been in communication with her multiple times throughout this past year and she did not state that she didn't file them or it was my responsibility to file the amendment. I didn't know she did not file the amendment until I went to pull my transcripts from the IRS, because I was purchasing a home. We have sent several emails,phone calls,and text messages to Miss Robinson and she will not return any of them.

Completely messed over my taxes. Not a degreed accountant. Claimed she sent my taxes in electronically, bit mever sent them. Then tries to forge my name and sned them in. And now is ignoring my calls and email.
