Kevin is awful! I am so disappointed with the way he conducted himself. He completed my taxes and decided to charge 20 more without disclosing that his fees went up. He didn't mention it in a letter or email. Every year he charges more, but it is minimal. I was unaware of his fees because he didn't disclose until after he was done! I felt as if I was held hostage. I will never trust him again-do yourself a favor and go with someone else-I would NEVER do my taxes with him again!
