Dana Frank is unreliable, doesn't stand by audits & makes a lot of unjustified mistakes, I was with Dana way too long and he has caused me so much grief! I cannot explain the details but all I can say is I cannot recommend him after 13 years of tax service. He is not responsible, he shows up late to appointments, he does taxes very sloppy & all he cares about is getting paid. He lacks quality of work & lacks communication. He is overpriced for the work he performs. Save yourself a lot of headaches and find someone who is on your side and will present you if there ever comes a time you get audited~! Lawsuit pending!
