Kulter Bath is varry honest and polite always dose a varry good job. How ever his secretary is varry rude lies and is dishonest always when calling she says that he is not there then when walking in she tries to prevent you from seeing him he sees you and then greets you to take care of you the best way possible. Overall he is a great Tax Accountant its to bad his secratary makes the comapny look bad wich coata the comapny lots of money buy loosing lots of customers its a shame she is still there and has been getting away with scamming others and Kultar for so long.

I needed an accountant to amend past tax years with a Net Operating Loss from a fraud I have been a victim of.Kultar Batth took 3 weeks to review my case, validate it, and accept the job. 6,000 later and more than 3x the time I was given by Kultar to complete the work, the forms were submitted to IRS which denied all the claims. Upon insisting for Kultar to follow through, he sent a letter that produced no result to date 9 months after we started.Mr. Batth does not return my communications, and I am starting a series of reviews to denounce the lack of knowledge yet acceptance of service for a fee that led me to spend a lot of money on a non-valid claim according to IRS that acTax is not helping defend.By all means, I suggest all readers avoid this company for matters more complicated than simple cases. acTax as proven very difficult to get timely work from as other customers were always prioritized and the analysis of the company's owner was wrong.I am personally investigating starting a small claim to denounce the practice.

Ive known Kultar for years. Last year he helped me form a LLC. Before establishing my LLC he clearly explained to me the difference between LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. I was scrambling through Google to find out which entity would be better for my business, but I couldnt find the right answer.
