If we could do zero stars that wouldn't even come close to the horrible service given to us. Marianne was unresponsive to our numerous calls and underpaid on both Fed and State taxes which we had to pay penalties on top of tax owed. She mentioned her personal issues were affecting her service last year, but, as a professional, she should have employed someone to help her. There are too many qualified Enrolled Agents and CPAs in San Diego so it was easy to switch.We also found her rates to be extremely high. We're going to a CPA this year that is charging us over 600 less, has a clean organized office and can be trusted to be responsive to our needs.
