last year he did the impossible! the person who first worked on my taxs before him told me it would not be possible for me to get refunds on 4 years of lost depreciation on a rental property and based this on his 29 years experience , and that I would have to pay about 1,000 in taxs for 2017, Phil used the 3115 rule, spending extra research and got me over 6,000 in refunds!

Im so glad I did my taxes with Phillip this year. He made the process uncomplicated and he had pretty straightforward instructions. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer and made sure I understood everything. Greatest tax experience I had so far.

Philip has been my tax guy for 8 years. I randomly contacted him on the web and I am so glad I did. I hadnt filed my taxes because I was behind in paying my taxes due to the housing crises and I was caught in the middle. I came to a place where I had no choice but to the face he music. Philip helped me through the crisis. I had a very complicated situation, Philip simplified everything and I was able to recover with little effort. I had gone with someone else and the problem had become unbearable. With Philip the problem really did go away. Philip had to do a lot of research to remedy my problem thoroughly. I didnt pay as much as I had been previously told. He did it legally and simply! He has been my tax guy ever since. I have referred others to him because I trust him and want my friends to get the best tax help possible!!!
