We've been coming to her for the past 5 years...only because my mom recommended her and to also help the Latino community with paying for their services. Is she worth it? Not at all. Every SINGLE YEAR she sets our appointments, we get there 10 mins early and she always sees us after 30 mins. It's ridiculous. Today we went out our appointment... She was helping someone with a walk in (no appointment) then thinking we were next, she helps another couple before us. That was what broke the Camels back for us. Not only did she waste out time and gas because we live 35mins away, and money. We took time off of work to be to our appointment on time. After she took the other customers she had the nerve to tell us to keep waiting, reschedule or leave. We've been so loyal to her. This was just very inconsiderate of her. I don't understand the point of making appointments if they won't be honored. VERY ... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
