RUN - non responsive for long periods- works from home - has a cell phone - no support staff - however rents a call center ( not her office ) - has constant phone problems- appears to have much chaos in her life - very passive- aggressive- took my money - but still has not mailed my tax returns - just like her prior place of work at Viking Tax Services- under District Attorney filings
