Absolute nightmare to deal with, beginning to end. She is flighty, disorganized, confusing, condescending and rude. She would constantly interrupt us when we tried to answer her questions. We could never get a straight answer out of her. The simplest question would result in a 10 minute circular soliloquy involving irrelevant personal stories. When my husband had finally had enough of her condescending attitude, he gave her a fraction of it back. She flipped out and hung up on him. She can dish it out all day, but can't take even a little in return. I then tried to call her the next day with the information she requested. She didn't take my call, so I left her a really nice, pleasant voicemail. She responded by sending us an insulting email and firing us. Now we have to scramble to find another tax preparer who can handle our complicated returns on very short notice. She took over this practice from a long time, well respected accountant. It's no surprise that she has already lost so many clients that she couldn't maintain the store front anymore. She works out of her shabby house now. Avoid this hot mess!!
