My family has been seeing Bobby for tax filings for years, I used his service since my first job at 16 and I’m in my early 30’s and still see him. My husband and I use his service to file our taxes for years, and I’ve used him for over a decade. He has a life, a family, and he’s been doing this for a long time so I trust his knowledge. I see the comments below on his personality and how he conducts himself but that’s just his personality, he’s not trying to be rude in any way. As far as responding to emails and calls, that is a challenge, you just have to catch him. So don’t give up on calling, be polite, understand you won’t like everyone’s personality but this is business so don’t take anything personal and breathe. I have never had an issue with him filing my tax docs.

Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Got his information from a friend so I did not bother checking Yelp or other reviews. Theres a reason he isnt on Yelp or social media. He is very unprofessional and arrogant. I was wondering why I hadnt received my refund , turns out he never filed them! Now I have to pay because they are late and wait even longer. He should definitely not have a license to prepare taxes.

Filled out the wrong paperwork, Filled that out incorrectly- wrong numbers in wrong places- wrong date ect. He failed 100. His failure caused all kinds of problems- thousands of dollars in fines, bank levee's and seized bank accounts.4 years later I'm still trying to fix this - He won't return a phone call or e-mail.Can someone help me sue him? I'd like that...

Terrible tax preparer. A total joke. Doesn't read the important information and questions you ask him, before preparing your return. Doesn't respond to emails. You have to call or email multiple times to get any response. Especially after you've paid him. Very arrogant and unprofessional in many ways. Overpriced for what he offers. You can find many people in theSan Fernando valley that can do a better job.

Arrogant. Unhelpful. Money Hungry. Unprofessional. Had my taxes done with him and was a waste. Regret. Ruched. Doesnt answer questions. Unhelpful. Simply wants to get you out the door. Will not go back.
