Sheri has always taken great care of us in regards to our taxes. Sometimes she may be slower to respond but she always gets the job done. We are extremely grateful for all her help over the years.

WORST COMMUNICATION EVER!!!
The phone goes straight to an already saturated voicemail, probably from all the angry and worried customers leaving voice messages...
Never responds to emails unless threatened about finding another CPA to file my 2023 tax return.
Sheri Flying Hawk is always on vacation and she claims to take her computer to work while comfortably resting. Promising to answer quickly, but there could be weeks, if not months before hearing back - and that is if you threaten her to take your business somewhere else.
It's been 6 months since we started our tax process, and she asked for an extension, we are 1 month away from the deadline, and still haven't heard a word for WEEKS!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!?!?
IF YOU ARE SO BUSY THEN TELL US!!! YOU HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WORRIED WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND FALSE PROMISES OF COMPLETION.
This did not happen to me only, I know other 4 customers who are in the same boat, calling and emailing SHERI FLYING HAWK frantically because there is a big uncertainty on our 2023 tax files.
NEVER FILE TAXES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
