This Kimberly M that left a bad review is a known fraud in her circles. She has more lawsuits going than Donald Trump. I feel bad for Mr. Bob, he is a true professional!

Stay far away from this tax man Bob. Came to our house in may 2020 and picked up all our tax papers to be done and filed by the dead line of july 15. Between my husband and myself texting and leaving phone messages of more then 50 times, Tax man Bob never responded or returned our many many messages. I have never experienced such a degree of unprofessional business ethics in my entire life. I truly thought something terrible must have happened to Tax man Bob. Had to get the modesto police department involved just to find out if he was alive and well. So the end of the story is no word from Tax man Bob ever, but a package came in the mail August 30, all my tax papers were returned to us, not a single paper done of course. Next on our agenda get a hold of the IRS for filing late and find a new Tax person. The ratings wouldn't let me give zero stars but thats what Bob should get.
