I utilized this firm's accounting services for approximately three years, and I would like to share my experience during that period.
My overall satisfaction with the firm's service was extremely low. A significant concern was the consistent absence of the lead CPA; much of the work appeared to be handled by other bookkeepers. Furthermore, communication often occurred outside standard business hours, with calls regarding urgent matters coming as late as 10-11 PM. This practice was highly inconvenient as I was not available to address business matters during those times. It often felt as though the primary CPA operated remotely and only engaged with client accounts after normal business hours.
The staff's conduct was frequently unprofessional and discourteous. I also encountered issues with double invoicing and unjustified charges, a practice that appeared to be a deliberate tactic of the firm. Clients who are not meticulously reviewing their statements could easily be overcharged.
Finally, the CPA's expertise seemed limited, offering only superficial and temporary solutions to complex accounting problems. Rather than addressing underlying issues, their approach often involved merely "patching up" discrepancies with simple journal entries, which does not align with proper accounting practices.
I could never reach someone if I had a question and had to call multiple times for an issue to be address and get a call back.
Given these significant shortcomings, I cannot recommend this accounting firm.
