My personal experience with Mr. Hayes was not positive. He's bad at communicating, and providing honest and realistic time frames. We started our process in late February and he still has not filed my 2016. Every time I call him to see what's happening, if he answers, he's to busy to discuss, but stresses that he's working on it and says he'll call back and never does. I think it's unprofessional to string along a client if you just don't have the time to deliver. I feel as though he's been withholding my tax return because of his failure to file it and his inability to be straightforward and honest.
