I was referred to Nilos through someone I thought was my friend. Clearly they were not! Upon entering Nilos filthy and repulsive home, I should of seen the red flags more clearly. He even blew cigarette smoke in my face. However, I trusted my fake friend at the time so I used his services. He begged, hounded my phone and demanded all the money 2000 up front before the work was done! DO NOT pay him up front! I repeat DO NOT pay him upfront! Wait until the work is done or you will NEVER get the final product. I never leave reviews but I hope by leaving this one I can help another person not have to be out about 2000 or any amount of money and still not have their taxes finished. When I call him he tells me every excuse under the sun as to why they are not complete! It has been a year now. I finally just realized he is a massive lier, addict and senial old man. Do not trust his workers they are in on his games and scams as well. There are a thousands other accounts in the Los Angeles and Southern California and Northern California. You deserve better than to be scammed by a certified professional which should be someone you should be able to trust! You cannot trust RICHARD NILOS! Do your due diligence and interview 5-10 other accountants before you leave your previous documentation in this evil creeps dirty shack! Run FAST the other way and stay far away from this clown and thief. God Bless.
