She messed up on my taxes. Under-reported by a significant amount even though I had emailed her the correct information. I have asked her to fix this multiple times and, after we first talked about the error, the only response I am getting is from the IRS saying I owe a huge amount. And because she isnt addressing this the balance owed is increasing. Jacque is nowhere to be found. I expected more professionalism amp accountability from a tax accountant. I am hoping a review will get her attention so this can get resolved! Jacque - I have emailed you AGAIN today, Please respond to me so this error can be fixed!
