Overall very bad experience with this man. He’s very unprofessional. Talks to clients with no respect and above all his work has a lot of errors. He is there for the money not to help his clients. He definitely needs to be reported for misconduct to the IRS.

Don’t come here unless you want a drunk with a turtle neck to mess up your tax paperwork and never file them but take your money (cash) and pretend he’s “helping” you find out what’s going on? Yeah, I know the IRS let me know this man and his daughter (which he uses on the tax appear) NEVER filed my taxes since April 6, 2022 it’s now October 22, 2024. Now he keeps playing these back and forth games and won’t refund me my money. STAY AWAY.

Por mucho aos el seor Bonilla me ayudo con mis taxes de cada ao pero el ao 2019 and 2020 el servicio ya no fue agradable como que el seor Bonilla tenia algo personal contra mi o de plano ya no me queria ayudar, era muy facil decrime que ya no me podia ayudar in ves de darme mal servicio. Un familiar mio me recomendo al seor Bonilla, unos problemas pasron con este familiar mio que hasta creo que esta persona le hablo mal de mi al seor Bonilla y lo tomo personal contra mi, en un negocio lo professional y lo personal nunca se mezclan. Lo bueno que ya encontre a otro professional que me ayuda con mis taxes de cada ao, yo en verda estaba muy satisfecho con el trabajo con el seor Bonilla hasta que vi su cambio hacia mi. Espero que a nadie de sus clientes le pase lo mismo que a mi.
