Mr. ErnstI have been waiting for approximately two weeks for you to get back to me from our last conversation. I have given you 2500.00 to start my corporation and start my business credit on March 25th. It took you eight months to file my corporation with you not returning my calls. To this day, I have not received my corporation paperwork. You have stated to me that I would not know what to do with it. You put me in a financial situation to the point where I had to move out of state. I have done everything I could to do business with you and to get my product in a timely matter. You have NOT returned one call from me, nor have I not been contacted by ANYONE for business credit. I have been doing my research, and I have found out that you have done this to several other people. You have kept people's money for up to two years. YOU are not doing my taxes. I want my money back! I am giving you until tomorrow morning to return my 2500 from there. I am going to hit every tax site, and I am running every social media account from Facebook to Twitter today. If I don't get my money by the first of the month, you will hear from my lawyer

I would NOT recommend this man to my worst enemy. I paid this man a great deal of money in full to prepare my back taxes and to set up arrangements for a set me up in a IRS tax forgiveness (offer and compromise) program. He assured me there would be no problem doing it because, he has a lot of expertise in that area. To make a very long story short, it took me a very long time to track him down. He would not return my calls, and was never in his office. After much detective work I was able to find out his home address. To must surprise on his part, he give me a very feeble excuse as to why I wasn't able to contact him. Needless to say he NEVER delivered on what he promised. The whole incident was so upsetting, I just want to say please stay clear of this man and find a more honest tax service to use.
