Denise let me down terribly. Here's what happened: I supplied her with all my tax information, 1099 forms, etc. in March -- well before the April 15 deadline. Denise, exhibiting an astoundingly callous unprofessionalism, didn't finish my taxes until October -- by which time I had incurred late fees and penalties. She not only didn't complete my taxes before the deadline, she also didn't send me the estimated tax forms that I needed to pay quarterly. She made an excuse about a death in the family and one of her children getting married, but really -- does that justify a seven-month delay? The worst experience I've ever had with a businessperson. Horrific breach of trust and professional conduct.
