Mauro moved to California in 1991 with a growing family. Mauro purchased an existing accounting and tax practice that evolved into Mauro M. D'Amico, Inc. In 2003, Mauro began offering financial services in addition to his accounting and tax practice, which later evolved into Coordinated Wealth Management, LLC. Mauro believes that by coordinating tax planning with financial planning, clients can more consistently reach their financial goals.

Married to his wife Marlene, they have three wonderful children and one granddaughter. Mauro's passions include: travel, spending time near water, socializing with family and friends, playing golf, fine dining, and reading.
