Cesar Pena is a very untrustworthy lazy accountant. Not to be trusted it took him 6 months to do my wife's taxes. He should be reported to the better business Bureau also. Do not trust home with your account taxes or anything of that matter he lies all the time and says he is doing the job when in reality he is lying.
