I was referred to this lady by a friend this year because I wanted to establish a good relationship with the same tax preparer because mine retired. Boy, it was a big mistake!!! My experience was horrible. I left her place frustrated and very disappointed. She overbooked her appointments and worse thing was everyone who came to file taxes heard all of my financial business. There is no confidentiality with her. She keeps all the tax forms out in the open on her dinning table and charged crazy amount of dollars. She also has a bad attitude and poor customer service. She talked about people she liked and didn't liked. If you want to file your taxes here knowing the above, go right ahead, but I will NEVER go back to her again.
