I had been coming to Mario for the last few years to get my taxes done, and the customer service is horrible. Last year, I was given the run around attempting to upload my documents. There were several times that I could not even get in contact with the tax preparer. Upon several inconsistencies, I decided to go with another preparer this year. Unbeknownst to me, Mario's bank received my middle-class tax refund. The only way I found out was because I received a 1099 from the IRS. Now, when contacting Mario, he ultimately stated he doesn't know what happened and rerouted me to his guy or bank rep as if he did me a favor. Bank rep did as was told by Mario. When speaking with Franchise Tax Bord, I was advised that my refund of 700 has been deposited into his account due to the way my last refund was received. Now Franchise Tax Bord will not release my money because Mario already received it!!! So I'm out of 700. After this experience I will never refer or recommend his services or business. I will most likely be taking up legal action.

The comment saying shes Kelly is definitely false Im Kelly amp Mario is a honest amp trustworthy gentleman. Never had any issues with Mario regarding anything . I recently backed out of a business deal due personal reasons an now Im dealing with harassment. I want to apologize to mk soultions I wasnt aware that me confining in you guys an you guys steering me in the right direction result in such harassment. THIS guy is a complete fraud and laundered money for an employee who embezzled 70,000 for our business. They used the money which was obtained by embezzlement and turned it into clean money by buying this tax business. do not trust
