Eva quedo de llamarme hace 5 días para ayudarme con una póliza que tengo con ellos por más de 15 años. Le eh llamado y dejado mensajes y no me contesta. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. At this point she’s just ignoring me, tengo más de 15 años haciendo negocio con ellos. Y así es como se pierdo un cliente. No vayan aquí! Ya les di su advertencia.
