I have been going with her for three years. Whenever I ask a question about taxes through phone and email, she always response late about 3 weeks or a month later. When I called her, someone else picked up the phone stating she was eating and to not disturb her?? Not professional. I usually have to watch out for my name because she spells it wrong. I think she should have her own place, rather than at home because sometimes her family members disturb us during our session another not professional fact and I feel uncomfortable that someone can see my information. This will be the last time that I will come to her for my tax return.
