the worst and most unprofessional person, she made a mistake in putting my name, and the taxes after three weeks did not appear as if they had been submitted, when I asked her and I had already consulted with another person, about credits that she did not give me, She decided not to give me credits that I legally qualified for, just because she didn't want to, when I asked her not to submit my taxes and better cancel them, because I knew there were more things that had to be added, she didn't care, she corrected my name and sumbit them,, without caring, I did not agree, when I told her why did she do it if I did not authorize her and I told her not to do it, she said that three weeks ago I signed her and that she could do whatever she wanted, truly racist and unprofessional , now I have to sue her and someone else is correcting my taxes

It took Ms. Castaneda over 30 days to turn in the completed EFile docs. to IRS, took money and uncopentently completed services-
Mistake after another in her behalf- never go to another Home office for TAX Prep, dont waste your time !
