Horrible experience!I've never written a review, but I had such a horrible experience that I just had to warn others to stay away from this place. I wish you were could give them negative 5 stars!Do not go to this wannabe tax service office. Florence made a mistake on my taxes, and when I pointed out the mistake she yelled at me and blamed me in front of customers! Somehow it was my fault!! After I showed her the mistake and how she made it she continued to blame me and told me to shut my mouth! Wow!! She also told me to call the IRS and figure it out. What a professional!! There are a million tax offices, so please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing. Horrible service, horrible and unprofessional staff, rude and lacking knowledge. Never again!I would ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER EVER EVER recommend this place.
