I need alot more room than this! This guy left me hanging when my 2021 taxes threw a $14,000 late fees & penalty’s, all kinds of
bad stuff,my Wife of 30yrs died who he was

Ryan failed to file our taxes for 2017 after we sat in his office in person and helped him preare the return. He apparently just never mailed the packet in, despite being paid to do so. We did not know of his error or the IRS having to file a automated substitute return for 2017 until years later. He also made numerous errors on the 2020, 2021, and 2022 tax years. In all, this cost us over $20,000 in taxes due, penalties, and interest. And of course, we paid him as well to file our taxes for each of those years. Ryan refuses to answer any phone calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional. Made a huge mess and left us to figure it out and clean it up for him. Do not recommend!

Ryan decided to use my payroll tax for his own personal use which ended up with me having to pay state and federal payroll tax twice in addition to penalties and legal fees. Watch out.

Ryan used to do such a great job for my business for many years. Then things went awry in 2008 when he failed to send my tax report to the IRS. Unbeknownst to me for many years, I finally contacted the IRS when I received a past due notice which included penalties and interest for over 1600! He also promised to prepare my last three years of taxes but never did so and will not respond to my texts or calls. I'm not sure what changed. I always paid him in full and even paid him 750 for a tax year he never completed. Be careful!
