Ive been with rich holmes and associates for many years, now they are called gibbar holmes. Regardless of the new name, I think im done giving them my business. Last year they were late preparing my tax return and this year it appears the same thing is happening. Nice people but zero follow through and im paying for a service. At the beginning they worked hard to get me solid returns, they used to call me in the office and go over everything with me as they should. Now they just take my paperwork and say thank you. Well sorry but that doesn't cut the mustard. My advice is to look elsewhere, it's extremely frustrating that i have to call in and all i get is well call you back. Mmmmmmm no thanks
