Robin Neal prepared my taxes for several years. When I got a notice from the IRS that I owed them a great deal of money for an error on my 2018 return I called and texted Robin numerous times before finally getting a response. She refused to help me. After talking to IRS agents it was discovered that Robin had misrepresented the nature of my business and recorded my deductions improperly. This had caused the IRS to disallow my business deductions because they applied them to my W2 income rather than my business. After getting nowhere with the IRS for nearly a year they have now threatened to put a lien on my home and income. I am now working with HampR Block to resolve the issue. The hope is to do an amended return if it's not too late. Beware of having your taxes done by Robin Neal.
